Our role in this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring maintenance and minor capital work is accurately processed in a timely manner, and maintenance administrative support is delivered to the regional teams.

You will also work collaboratively with other Kāinga Ora teams to ensure that maintenance is delivered to agreed standards, and that customer satisfaction and other maintenance operational performance targets are achieved.

What you will bring to be successful in this role you will have proven experience working with high volume systems work, including processing of jobs, invoices and orders in our systems. Existing housing maintenance knowledge, coupled with the ability to understand and apply processes and systems.

Administrative support experience, gained in a busy team environment. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work to tight timeframes. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
