About the role we have an opportunity for an Administrative Support Officer to be part of our Culture, People Strategy & Engagement, People & Capability Command. The Administrative Support Officer provides administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the command/business unit.

This position will provide support across a full range of organisational development initiatives aimed at making NSWPF an even better place to work. While we are the known as the Culture Team, we also drive behaviour development and partner other specialised teams to drive high potential programs, leadership development etc by providing subject matter expertise on a range of behavioural development and organisational development areas.

Reporting directly to the Manager of Culture for NSWPF, the role is designed to make a difference through valuable insights, action and internal driven employee experience. The role would suit someone looking to step into an organisational development role, which has a focus on culture transformation.
