Front Office Co-ordinator TOOTHSAVERS location Sydney. $30 – $35 per hour.

Toothsavers is a well established dental practice that has been in the business since 2014. Our doctors can provide all aspects of dentistry - even those that are routinely referred out by most of the general dentists including implants, cosmetic and oral IV sedation. We have made a positive impact on our community for over 8 years. We truly are a different kind of dental practice.

Our office is growing and so our scheduling team. We have recently added to our team of doctors and hygienists and with that comes additional expertise in our scheduling department. We are looking for a Front office Co-ordinator who is comfortable and bring positive energy. You appreciate your teammates as a leader and help to build trust and comprehension to our busy schedule.

Requirements (these are real, actual requirements). You have graduated from high school. You are comfortable answering phone calls and delivering information to a wide variety of sources. You learn quickly on a computer and are capable of manoeuvring around a savvy software.

You are comfortable in ever-changing, ever-growing environment. We are looking for a candidate with minimum of 3 year’s experience in the dental industry or some other customer service leadership roles in other industry.
