The role make a difference in our community. This role is part of a team that provides administrative support to the Building and Planning functions. The role includes providing excellent customer service via phone, email and face to face, so a friendly manner is a must. You are the first point of call for initial Building and Planning queries and advice and reponsibile for assisting our customers and Commuinty members and providing the best customer experience.

About you you will thrive on providing excellent customer service in a busy environment and have unwavering customer focus. You will be able to work autonomously as well as part of the wider team with effective time management and basic problem solving skills to manage multiple and varied tasks. Your attention to detail is key in this role. You are committed to work in a team that meets performance targets and is part of continuous improvement for both the team and the wider department.
