The opportunity we are looking for an experienced and high performing Admin Assistant to provide operational administrative support across our newly built Institute of Applied Technology. As an incredibly complex organisation, it is crucial that you can effectively manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholders.

The Administration Support Officer is responsible for providing high quality, team-based administrative support and delivery of services in a timely, accurate, reliable and effective manner to support the team’s strategies and guiding principles.

We have three full time, 24-month contract positions on offer, two for our Kingswood campus and one for our Meadowbank campus.

About you we are looking for a driven, proactive, passionate and self-motivated individual with excellent organisational and administrative skills to provide a range of administrative and support services, including records management, routine correspondence, meeting, and event coordination to support the effective operation of the team/unit.

You will need to have excellent time management and multitasking skills, be able to work in a very busy and fast paced environment with competing priorities and deadlines. You will need to have impeccable communication skills, a can do positive attitude, be self-directed and accountable.
