About us Pegasus Health supports many aspects of health and wellbeing in Canterbury. We provide services and support to general practices and community-based health providers to deliver quality health care to patients.
We also own and operate the 24 Hour Surgery Urgent Care Clinic (24HS) operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and we have been caring for communities across Canterbury for over 20 years.

What you will be doing working within the 24HS Operations Support Team, you will provide administration support to the 24HS teams. This will see you liaising with Managers, Team Leaders, clinical and administration teams to ensure your time bound tasks are allocated and completed.
Your main tasks are medical typing, data entry, maintenance of spreadsheets, creating documents, meeting management, fleet management, and ordering office equipment/supplies. This position is for 40 hours per week Monday-Friday.
What you will bring strong written and verbal and communication skills. Able to build positive relationships with a wide range of people that aligns with our values. Excellent data entry skills. A focus on detail to ensure high quality outputs meet the relevant business requirements.
Enjoy working as part of a team, within a fast paced environment. A methodical, organised approach and understand the need to deliver work within agreed timeframes. Proficient in Microsoft Office. To be successful in this role, you’ll have an understanding of (or active interest in) and commitment to Te Tiriti o Waitangi principles and biculturalism.
