Administrative Officer location Boon Lay / Jurong / Tuas, West. Job Type Full-Time. Company Name Lantern Recruitment Solutions. Education Level Degree. General duties provide admin support for the team, collect and dispatch mail from mailbox/post office, attend to incoming and outgoing correspondences and faxes, archive company records and documents as needed, track staff movement and inform hr for staff on mc, check and verify expense claims, ot claims and monthly statements against supporting receipts/documents; and follow up with staff submissions, update stock inventory every month, application of permits with the statutory boards, liaise with hr on training for engineers and technicians, assist in any ad-hoc assignment as required, purchases, assist in ordering office supplies, equipment, stationeries, pantry supplies, etc, ensure the suppliers’ approval form, account set up form, etc, are provided to and duly completed for new vendors prior submission to procurement team, prepare and process purchase requests/purchase orders, match invoices against pos & delivery orders to ensure correct items and quantity billed and perform grn, liaise with accounts and procurement department to ensure timely delivery, any other purchases related duties, shipping, prepare commercial invoices and packing lists, coordinate with shipping agent/freight forwarder to ensure delivery and return of equipment, verify delivery dates and track shipments. Requirement min. education required - n level, min. 3 years of experience in similar role, proficiency in both spoken and written english, must be pro-active and a good team player, proficient in microsoft office – word, excel and power point, ability to communicate well at all levels, must be meticulous and able to work independently.
