Administrative Officer The Shire Psychology location Melbourne. $25 - $34.99 per hour.

The Shire Psychology is a private practice providing mental health services, including psychology and dietetic input. We are looking for a warm, friendly, reliable and passionate casual administrative officer to join our growing team.

Key responsibilities reception duties. Meeting and greeting clients. Managing enquiries and bookings. Managing Medicare/private billings. Liaising with clients and medical professionals. Administrative support for clinicians.

Experience and skills previous experience in customer service (psychology clinics desirable but not required). Previous experience in using Halaxy (or similar) preferred (training will be provided).

Good organisational abilities and attention to detail. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. We offer flexibility with working hours. Onsite parking. Close to amenities. Friendly team.
