Job summary the administrative clerk, performs a variety of clerical, recordkeeping, and customer service tasks to assist with the smooth operation of the organization.
Duties or responsibilities greets and directs clients and visitors, answers phone calls and emails, performs data entry and filing tasks, receives records, and distributes packages and mail, prepare documents such as invoices and quotations, maintains a system for recording expenses and the use of petty cash, performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills or abilities ability to greet visitors, clients, and colleagues in a friendly and courteous manner, proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), ability to work independently and identify and solve problems, ability to organize and prioritize work, a good command of the english language, both written and spoken.
Education minimum GCE āNā Level.
