Administrative Assistants Signature Training Pty Ltd location Sydney.

About the role to coordinate all student enrolment activities, process all student documentation, organise training schedules and training plans to comply with the RTO Standards, NSW Smart and Skilled, VET Student loan and CRICOS.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following create and maintain student files in accordance with ASQA Compliance Guidelines. Maintain all registers to ensure records of clients program, course delivery, and course progression are all accurately and professionally documented.

Undertake and maintain student administration and enrolment processes across all educational programs including quality check, student completion or withdrawal, resulting and preparation of student certificates.

Maintain the student records and course delivery database utilising VETtrak Student Management System. Generate training plans. Organise training schedules with employers, trainers and students. Manage all necessary Traineeship records and contractual obligations including dealing with Apprenticeship Network Providers.

Develop and implement administration processes to improve efficiency and quality. Generating and distributing certificates and statements of attainment, and managing hard copy and database records, as required. Work closely with the management to maintain RTO Compliance requirements and assisting with various administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role, applicants must meet the following criteria previous administration experience in a Registered Training Organisation that delivers to the domestic and international market. Demonstrated experience using student management systems such as VETtrak.

Understanding of the administrative requirements outlined in the standards for Registered Training Organisations. Personal attributes attention to detail. Ability to display professionalism and calmness under pressure. Ability to meet tight deadlines. Active participation in staff meetings.
