Administrative Assistants Professionals Real Estate - Papatoetoe location Auckland. Salary $20.00 per hour.
The job requires the applicant must be able to speak fluently both Chinese and English, as one of your focuses would be liaising with our Mandarin speaking clients. To support our recent growth, Professionals, Papatoetoe, is looking for a bright and enthusiastic Administrator to join our exciting and progressive company.
We are a hardworking, busy office, where no two days are the same - task can vary from general administration duties to liaising with clients and solicitors, to banking and dealing with sales and rentals requests. As the first point of contact for our clients, customers, and visitors, you will need an excellent telephone manner, team player who is well presented, with outstanding communication skills. They are likely to be energetic, motivated, positive and have a sunny outlook.
About you: to be successful in this role strong computer/design skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Campaign Track, Property Suite, Publisher, Photoshop. Strong administrator skills with a commitment to quality work. Good time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines. Punctuality, dependability and a focused can-do attitude.
Be a natural problem solver and well enjoy achieving excellent outcomes for our client and the company. High attention to details and likes to work under pressure. Be able to work as part of a strong team as well as the ability to assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events. A current New Zealand Drivers License and a reliable car. Bilingual in English and Chinese. Training will be provided. The preferred hours for this full-time role are: 8.30 am – 5 pm. Monday to Friday.
