We are looking for a part-time Administrative Assistant to support our Sales director. The ideal candidate for this position has to be able to prioritize tasks and stay motivated to complete the work assigned with minimal supervision.

Main job responsibility includes prepare, generate and update physical and/or digital documents pertaining to customers, partners, expenses, sales, monthly sales reports and other ad-hoc reports.

Provide quality customer service and relations. Attend to customer enquiries and follow-up. General office administration. Organize and schedule appointments. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements GCE “O” level and above. Fluent in English and Mandarin (In order to liaise with Mandarin speaking customers). Preferably some experience in sales administration or similar role. MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc). Meticulous with a good eye for details. Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.

Other information 3 to 5 work days per week, Mon - Fri, 1pm - 6pm. $10 per hr.
