Administrative Assistant Group GSA location Brisbane.

Our growing team is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in our Brisbane Studio. This is a ‘Flexible’ work opportunity. We require up to 20 hours of administrative assistance per week and will adapt to suit the right candidate. Come in at 10am and leave at 2pm 5 days a week, or work Monday, Tuesday and half of Friday, it’s up to you. You must be highly motivated team player with exceptional communication skills and a passion for contributing positively to our culture.

Here’s what you focus on establishing positive relationships with our local team and the wider GroupGSA support team. We’re relocating, so need to audit our current office furniture and equipment as part of the move. Preparing documents, reports and providing support to the project teams as required. Supporting design leaders in project administrative tasks.

Coordinating with our network of suppliers for new and exciting product samples in our library. Collecting and sorting mail. Supporting and organising cultural events for the studio, including supporting our social media engagement.Keeping our space organised and presentable, designers can be messy. Supporting the Principal in day-to-day management of the studio as required.

The ideal candidate previous administrative experience working in a ‘fast pace’ environment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A strong work ethic and a "100% in" attitude. Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders.

High attention to detail and strong organisation skills. Ability to work autonomously, you need to demonstrate initiative and have excellent problem-solving skills. An eagerness to learn and a commitment to deliver outstanding work. Microsoft word, excel and powerpoint experience. Adobe Indesign experience an advantage.
