Administrative Assistant, Employment Type Full-time (35 hour week). Duration 12 month fixed term (possibility of extension). Remuneration $71,629 - $75,560 + 17% Superannuation and leave loading. Location Randwick, NSW (Hybrid Flexible Working).

Why Your Role matters as an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing proactive, practical and efficient administrative support within the Faculty of Medicine & Health, Prince Of Wales Clinical School for clinical neuroscience research projects. The role of Administrative Assistant reports to Professor, Director of Clinical Neuroscience and has no direct reports.
Who You Are Diploma or equivalent combination of qualifications and work experience. Excellent attention to detail and sound organisational skills, including ability to prioritise tasks and duties in order to meet deadlines. Advanced interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in a team. Proficient level of computer literacy with advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications. Demonstrated ability in the use and administration of online systems and databases.
