Navair is an Australian owned and operated private jet charter and aviation services consulting company, offering superior aviation experiences for our clients. We are currently seeking a administrative assistant to join our team at Bankstown Airport; offering a view like no other! This is not a replacement role, it's a new addition due to our growth.

This is a permanent opportunity, where you will take ownership and accountability to support the Directors and team in end-to-end administration functions to achieve organisational objectives.

About the role full time, permanent opportunity. $55K - $65K + super (depending on experience). Immediate start. Sydney Metro Airport location. Onsite Parking. About you excellent communication & organisational skills.

Flexibility in adapting to a wide variety of tasks and functions working in a fast-paced environment. Advanced trouble shooting, prioritisation, and multi-tasking skills. Excellent customer service skills. Must be highly motivated with a can-do attitude.

Ability to work at a high level of discretion and confidentiality. Be an athlete - competitive, outgoing, confident and with a strong will to win. Proficient with PC operations, spreadsheets, database management applications and Microsoft office software.

Ability to work well as part of a team and be able to work autonomously and with minimal direction. Excellent presentation, high level of professionalism, high attention to detail. Have an interest in aviation, travel and tourism.

Previous working environment in airline, tourism, travel or luxury industry services or similar sector, not required, however a plus. Be available for full time work 9am - 5pm (with the ability to be flexible).

The position will involve daily management in the execution of day-to-day business including, but not limited to, answering the phone and placing calls, managing emails, scheduling meetings and bookings. Data entry across multiple areas of the business.

Collect and distribute mail. Meet and greet & facilitate arrivals and departures of the flight lounge and of passengers. Maintain, clean & prep lounge daily. Managing stocktake for office supplies & catering items.

Cleaning the interior of aircraft. Maintain safety as the highest priority. Maintain good relationships with clients and suppliers. Provide support to various internal projects and a variety of other office duties as needed.

Assisting the Director & General Manager in ad hoc tasks as required. Assisting the sales team with quotes and any other duties delegated by office management. Working a flexible roster, may require occasional weekends and/or evenings.
