MJD Recruitment is excited to be working with one of our favourite clients located in North Sydney, a corporate organisation recruiting an Administrative Assistant. The role will be exposed to a mixture of office and administrative work, the ideal candidate will be proactive, demonstrate great attention to detail and know when to take initiative.

You will be working alongside and supporting a very successful and motivated team with administrative tasks. The role will only require a minimum of 1 year experience in a an administrative position, perfect for a junior candidate who is passionate about expanding their admin skills.

Check out the varied responsibilities you will have in this role team and management administrative support. Answering calls and responding to client enquiries when required. Entering data into the companies system, including scheduling of services provided by the company.

Creating documents for both internal and external use. Printing and preparing documents. Assisting with set up and onboarding of all new employees. Your outstanding capabilities will include a minimum of 1 year experience in an administrative role is required.

Immaculate personal presentation and corporate attire. Exceptional professional verbal communication skills. Accept instructions and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner. Confident in using Microsoft Office programs.
