Administrative Assistant Makana Northland Limited location Northland.

Administrative Assistant. Kerikeri Permanent – Part Time. We have a position available for an Administrative Assistant to support our Retail Team. Hours will be 5 days per week, Monday – Friday 9am to 3pm approximately.

Responsibilities of this role include communication with customers and suppliers via email and phone. General clerical work including filing, Data entry. Ordering and receiving stock and supplies. Roster preparation. Cash Handling, banking and petty cash. Retail cover in store (breaks etc.) On line order processing. Calendar and diary management. The successful candidate will have experience in administrative functions and must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite.

Valuable Skills and attributes include excellent computer Skills, especially Word and Excel. Great English communication skills. Well-developed organisational and time management skills. Customer Service skills. You must be living in NZ and legally entitled to work permanently in NZ.
