Administrative Assistant Eternal Cleaning Services location Sydney.

We are looking for a responsible Part-Time Administrative Assistant (3 days a week with a view to being Full-Time) to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties include providing support to our General Manager and management team through variety of tasks relating to our organisation. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all administrative duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. You will also be flexible and able to provide relief support.

Responsibilities answer and direct phone calls, Diary management. Plan meetings and take detailed minutes. Write and distribute emails, correspondence, memos, letters and forms. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled QA reports, tenders and quotes. Maintain hard copy and soft copy filing systems. Update and maintain office policies and procedures. Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers. Maintain customer database. Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients. Assist accounts team. Report to General Manager, Managing Director and Senior Management.

Requirements strong administration and organisational skills with a minimum of 4 years experience. Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work. Attention to detail and problem solving skills. Working knowledge and experience using MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, MYOB. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Flexible during times of change and display a willingness to take on additional duties as required.
