Administrative Assistant LIFEWISE location Auckland.

We have a 6-month fixed term vacancy in our Health and Disability Service Team for someone who is an organised and adaptable Administrative Assistant. You will be responsible to our Office Administrator and work alongside another Administrative Assistant to support our work with clients and their families.

We are looking for someone who can work 7.30am-4.00pm Monday-Friday at our office based in Mt Eden. It is expected that you would work efficiently and use your initiative, with the support of a great team of committed people. Your contact with clients and their families will mostly be on the phone, so having a friendly, confident phone manner is essential. Having experience working in an aged care or disability-related setting could be an advantage.
