Primary Purpose the Administration Support Officer reports to the Team Leader and is located at our Young Office. This role is for 7 months and is a back fill position for maternity leave.  As our Administration Support Officer, you will work as part of a local team with your main focus being to support the Operations team through the provision of administration duties and being the first point of contact with our tenants and housing applicants.

This role will be responsible for carrying out all facets of clerical and administrative duties within the Young Office to support the Tenancy Manger and Team Leader as required. Ensuring operational policies and procedures are identified and implemented. Acting as the first point of call for tenants and visitors accessing our services.

Selection Criteria/Essential Skills - To ensure success in this position, you must demonstrate effective communication, interpersonal and liaison skills. Demonstrated capacity to work cooperatively as part of a team. Experience in using a range of IT business and office applications including Microsoft Office. Well-developed organisation skills, including a capacity for attention to detail. Hold a current Australian Drivers Licence.
