Administration Support BCI Sales Pty Ltd location Brisbane.

BCI Sales Pty Ltd is a Family owned Bus/Coach and Truck business seeking a full time Assistant to work with the Service, Sales & Accounts Department including reception duties. The role is a full time role for 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. The company has been operating over 30 years in the Bus Industry and recently opened its Truck division.

Brisbane branch is located at Rocklea and will be moving to its new premises Oxley in the very near future. This role is to support the Service Sales & Accounts department with the following tasks to include but not limited to answering phones.

Meet and Great customers and suppliers. Supply orders for the mechanics. Receipting of Supplier invoices. Assisting and preparation of Job cards for the workshop. Assisting Sales Department with preparation of Owners Manuals. Day to day tasks, emails, calls, electronic filing.

The person we are seeking to fill this position would possess the following good Communication & Customer Service Skills. Reliable and Punctual. Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and Adobe Acrobat.
