Administration Support Grow Support Services location Brisbane. $25 - $29.99 per hour.
At Grow, we’re committed to helping our clients grow and live the life they choose by providing excellent person-centred care. We’re a team of busy Support Coordinators delivering services and supports to people with disability funding under the NDIS. As we grow, we now need an extraordinary administration support star to help us. Which is where you come in.
We are offering a flexible role (25-35 hours per week) with the potential to become full-time as our organisation grows. Ideally you will work shorter days across all five days of the week, initially from our Grow office in Woolloongabba, transitioning to both home and office in the future if you wish. This is a perfect role if you desire flexibility around your other commitments such as family or study.
You will support our Grow Director and team of Support Coordinators to provide excellent service to clients by being the first point of contact on phone and email. Manage requests, referral enquiries and client onboarding. Prepare and manage service agreements using DocuSign.
Input data into our systems and databases and ensure information is correct and up to date. Create and update client documentation. Use Microsoft Office software and our Careview client software. Update and maintain client records and access to PRODA and individual NDIS Plan management portals. Provide support for client invoicing and billing and accounts - including accounts reconcilitation and Xero. Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Required experience in a similar role would be great. A problem solver with the ability to work independently and within a team. Strong organisational and administration skills. Excellent customer service and communications skills. Experience in accounts and accounts management software. Accurate data entry ability. Experience using Microsoft Office and client management systems would be ideal. Lived experience with disability and passion to make a difference is not essential but very welcome.
