HR Advice Online provides simple straightforward HR advice for small businesses. We also offer a range of services including HR Memberships, Safety, HR Consulting, Training, and Development. Our goal is to provide HR best practice for Australian businesses, so they have the peace of mind to act with confidence.

Our expertise stretches across many sectors and industries including Real Estate, Healthcare, Professional Services, and Trades. We partner with businesses of all shapes and sizes, from a few staff to large National Franchise Groups.

Duties and responsibilities providing the best customer service and support to our clients and our team you will focus on the following customer Service  - respond to inbound email inquiries – administration issues, and general inquiries.

Marketing - focus on creating and delivering key marketing strategies and activities. Systems - ownership of CRM and business improvement processes for membership resources.

Projects - supporting the directors with key projects including the development of a new website, marketing activities, and best practice operational solutions. Team - support the crew with the day-to-day happenings. No two days are the same - so get ready for the variety.

Skills & experience a true administration expert with proven experience in an EA or Office Manager role. Experience in small business where you just need to get things done. Interest and desire for process improvement and curiosity for systems, and processes. Exposure to marketing and communications.
