Administration Support Brightside Co location Auckland. $49,000.

The Administration Support takes personal responsibility for creating happy moments for each and every person that they come into contact with. Through an innate ability to quickly build rapport, genuinely listening and being empathetic, you qualify customer needs with lightning fast precision, and provide solutions which meet customer expectations.

The Administration Support tackles administration tasks with ease and communicates to stakeholders about requirements and deliverables. This role is full time, Monday to Friday 9am - 5:30pm with a hybrid working environment Monday to Wednesday working from our Avondale Office with Thursday & Friday working from home.

Key Responsibilities and duties deliver Signature Customer Experience through interactions from stakeholders, via customer channels, including phone and online with service level requirements. Provide factual and accurate information to stakeholders in resolving the reason for their contact, including what the Next Steps are as well as providing claim updates on a regular basis.

Invoice Processing. Ad hoc administration tasks as required by the business. We also have an extensive range of amazing employee benefits including; Zoo Passes; discounts on insurance and many more.

This is a challenging role and requires a positive team player who is able to multi task with an exceptional level of attention to detail and strong time management skills. Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential and the ability to remain calm under pressure when dealing with customers is a must.
