Administration Support Callaghan Innovation location Wellington.

About the role as Receptionist and Front Office support, you're the beating heart of our organisation. You are the front door to Callaghan Innovation intent on providing our customers and visitors an exceptional experience.

We are looking for the last part of our reception team, someone who is mature, professional, experienced in a front office role and can provide a warm positive experience for our visitors. This role is based in Wellington at Gracefield Innovation Quarter, Lower Hutt which is our main hub.

About you are you new or coming back into the workforce, wanting something based in Lower Hutt or looking for part time work in an exciting, dynamic and fast paced environment. Are you a natural problem solver, adept at thinking on your feet and enjoy working collaboratively with others to keep the wheels turning. You are well organised and proactive, with an eye for detail, and are curious and keen to develop new skills.

This role reports to the Business Enablement Capability Lead and contributes to the wider organisation administration needs alongside the Business Enablement team. Get ready to grow your skills, try new things and be a part of the evolution of support services across Callaghan Innovation.

Requirements be friendly, adaptable and approachable. Be a curious and positive team player and deliverer of great support services. Experience in Reception duties and responding to customer enquiries ideal. Excellent communicator in all forms and well presented.

Excellent customer service skills. Exceptional organisational skills. Have an eye for detail and strive to deliver quality. Be digitally savvy and ideally familiar with automated reception tools, CRM database, Google as well as quick to learn other tools and applications as required. An appetite for variety and learning new things. Be a proactive multi tasker, dedicated to the team or capable going solo.
