Administration or Office Assistant Verve Recruitment location Sydney.

Our client has a long history in property development and property maintenance and is currently seeking to employ an experienced Administration / Office Assistant to join their professional team on a Part Time basis based in Ermington. This is a part time position and is available for an immediate start (will wait for notice periods as required).

Working hours casual – 3 days/week. Proposed hours of work - 10am to 2pm. The working hours can be discussed and are perhaps ideally suited to a return to work parent.

Your main responsibilities and duties will include answering phones/ emails. Taking messages and forwarding them when necessary (Receptionist). Data and invoice entry. Scheduling work/time/diary management of tradesmen. Coordinating mail and general office duties. Organising and preparing documents, preparation of meetings, and general filing. Arranging conferences, training and other events. Purchase office consumables and maintain function and cleanliness of office. General administration to support the day to day function of the office.

Your experience, skill set and qualifications will include excellent communication skills. Intermediate Microsoft Office knowledge and experience. 1 year previous administration experience. Organisation and time management skills. Strong attention to detail, initiative and maturity to handle a range of situations. Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team. Salary Range Hourly rate, dependent on experience level. Location Ermington
