Administration or Design Assistant Planning Talent location Melbourne.

A hybrid work model exists with 3 days in the office & 2 WTF.

Role description must be very organized, self-motivated and pro-active, eye for detail is essential as well as being able to work in a fast-moving team environment. Prepare finished artwork files using Illustrator. Liaison with internal and external stakeholders including brand owners, agents, marketing companies, suppliers and retailers.

Develop and execute new product lines, including signing off all lab dips, trims, prints, packaging & Pre-Production samples. Maintain style files for all new product lines. Communicate and escalate production issues to Business Manager.

Liaise with Production Manager and China office Merchandisers. Forecast and execute seasonal colour palettes as required. Prepare fabric packs for factories as required. General Administration as Required.

Key Skills and attributes experience in similar role, particularly working with offshore vendors will be highly regarded. Must be very organized, self-motivated and pro-active, with eye for detail & strong computer skills. Must have good attention to detail.

Must have strong computer skills. Must have ability to manage time and priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team.
