Administration or Data Entry BMR Logistics location Brisbane.

Due to internal growth, diverse local logistics company based in Crestmead is seeking a punctual, reliable, honest and enthusiastic Full time Administration officer to join our small team.

Duties (not limited to) management of office area - telephone, face to face and email communications. Answer client enquiries efficiently and professionally. Accurate Data entry into various MS and internal/external online programs. Logging/entering jobs and ensure complete and correct documentation. Coordinating stock in and outs with correct documentation. Coordinating import/export functions.

Assist with compliance and induction processes. Assisting HR with the onboarding of new employees. Assisting Operations with day to day requirements. Filing and scanning. Booking travel and accommodation. Coordinating mail inwards and outwards. General housekeeping of work area. General administration duties.

Your attributes eagerness to learn with positive working attitude and willingness to be trained in the applied role. Excellent communication - written and verbal. Knowledge of Microsoft applications. High attention to detail with a systematic approach & ability to multitask. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to time manage and meet deadlines.

Ability to contribute as a valued team member and commitment to confidentiality. Minimum 2 year experience; Previous Logistics experience highly regarded. Own transport. May be required to undergo employment medical (Inc D&A) and Australian police check. Above Award Wages - based on experience (to be discussed at interview stage).
