St John Ambulance Australia (NSW) are currently seeking Administration Officers/ Health Service Representatives to assist in supporting NSW Health and deployments across the Sydney Metropolitan Area.
About the roles the administration and customer focused roles will see you be responsible for liaising, coordinating and providing integral administrative support to our client performing a variety of tasks. The role may involve Rapid Allergen Testing and entrance screening for COVID-19 at the various locations which are close to public transport.
There are shifts available across the week either on a casual and flexible basis across 7am – 7pm. You will be working collaboratively together as part of a team and supporting our communities. The roles are available for an immediate start.
Key responsibilities general administration to support the Clinical team in conducting PCR Testing. Facilitating conversations around processes and documentation requirements. Providing frontline Customer Service – In person and phone based.
Welcoming and screening staff members, visitors, patients and any others into the entrants to the facilities prior to their entry. Asking screening questions to visitors prior to entry, and escalate any issues to the local contact for resolution. Comply with Health and Safety guidelines.
You will need to be able to demonstrate preferred 12 months administrative and/or customer service experience. Attention to detail and accurate writing/data entry skills. Possess the confidence to educate and guide community members where required.
Caring and compassionate nature. Be confident using technology. Evidence of COVID-19 Vaccination Certificate. Full unrestricted Driver’s License (desirable). An interest in working in Healthcare is advantageous.
