Administration Officer or Receptionist Optimise HR Consulting location Broome and Kimberley.

The opportunity as part of the team you will provide effective reception and administrative support to the Facility. Reporting to the Facility Manager you will oversee the smooth running of the administration function of the Facility. About Us Halls Creek Peoples Church Aged Care Facility is a Church run facility with 28 Beds and 30 staff and has been operating for over 20 years.

The Salary Package a total salary of $48,750 pa pro rata is offered depending on your qualifications and experience. Four weeks Annual Leave and generous Salary Packaging benefits are offered. As a Public Benevolent Institution and a remote area employer, we are able to offer a range of optional benefits to employees depending on individual circumstances. No relocation benefits are available with this role.

The ideal candidate to be successful in this role you will have excellent customer service and communication skills along with sound administration skills.  You will have an ability to successfully work in a team and be able to keep on top of multiple tasks and deadlines at the same time. You will also have an ability to work independently and will have an appreciation of Indigenous culture and a commitment to continuous improvement.
