Administration Officer Link Wentworth location Sydney.

The objective of the role of Business Support Administrator is to provide high quality, responsive, and effective administrative, customer, and office support to the business. This role also provides some direct administrative support to the Divisional Manager, Tenancy.

The key area of responsibly include coordinating the front counter agile space roster and providing customer service at the front desk as required. Kitchen cleaning duties including organising regular kitchen supplies, arranging fridge clean outs, emptying dishwasher, etc.

Coordinating office events, e.g. team-building events, bookings, staff morning/afternoon teas and BBQs, staff celebrations. Distributing and collecting employee assets/equipment in collaboration with Corporate Services, e.g. office access passes, car parking, Go Get, and Safety Cards. Ensuring that office equipment is maintained and meets the needs of the business. Providing administrative support to the Divisional Manager, Tenancy and broader Tenancy team.

Who we are looking for the ideal candidate will have demonstrated ability to provide high quality, effective administrative support to a wide range of stakeholders. At least two (2) years’ experience in an administrative, business support, or office/facilities role. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Intermediate computer literacy (Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and video conferencing (Microsoft Teams and Zoom) skills.
