Administration Officer Royal Flying Doctor Service QLD location Brisbane. Salary up to 65K + Super + Salary packaging.

Royal Flying Doctor Service (RFDS) Brisbane Base is looking for an Administration Officer to join the team. You will support the day-to-day operations of the Base through effective and efficient administrative and reception support. This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity working office hours, Monday- Friday.

We are looking for an Administration Officer who is confident, friendly, and highly organised. You will process incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and freight. Complete stationery orders for the Base. Complete uniform orders for the Base. Provide administration support for the Base vehicles. Cover reception and answer and transfer phone calls to appropriate personnel. Complete data entry in an accurate and timely manner. Organise meetings and catering as required.

Who are we looking for you will be a thorough and detailed person, possessing multitasking skills, be a team player and have a cheerful demeanour.

You will have demonstrated experience in reception/ administration and customer service. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite applications. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders.

Excellent time management skills with demonstrated ability to establish priorities and manage workloads within deadlines. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and achieve goals. High attention to detail. The ability to pick up new systems and databases quickly.
