Administration Officer Bayside Council location Sydney. $45.32 – $50.26 per hour.

Enjoy a supportive workplace culture. Permanent part-time position (28 hours per week). Provide administrative and support services to facilitate the operation of the Public Domain & Referrals Team.

About the role this is an exciting opportunity for an energetic team player who enjoys working cohesively with others, managing their own work, and engaging with internal teams and external customers.

You are expected to support the Public Domain & Referrals Team in the delivery of their day-to-day activities including processing of DA related deposits and bonds. Triaging customer requests allocated to the team. Organising and facilitating the team's monthly meetings. Respond to customer emails and phone enquiries as required. Complete routine financial transactions and purchase orders.

We are looking for someone who can work as a supportive and cooperative team member and has the following background and expertise minimum secondary school completion and/or relevant experience. Local Government Experience is desirable. Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication skills. Administration experience in a busy team environment.
