Administration Officer - 5 days per week - Full Time or Part Time Answer Electrical Sydney location Sydney, Parramatta and Western Suburbs. Answer Electrical Sydney is seeking a proficient Administration Officer to join our dynamic team. The right candidate will be professional with a fantastic telephone manner and be confident liaising with clients, handling enquiries and have excellent communication skills. The key responsibilities of the role include managing incoming phone calls, liaising with technicians to process invoices, editing construction plans and drawings, schedule service jobs and manage job workflows, supporting the accounts administrator, implementing and maintaining a filing system, general administration duties. To be successful you must have a willingness to use multiple software platforms, be self-motivated, work unsupervised and be able to manage your own time, have a warm and friendly personality, have a high level of attention to detail, organisational and time management skills, possess good oral and written skills, be punctual, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality, possess a positive, motivated attitude, be able to demonstrate strong communication skills to interact well with clients and co-workers, be able to work well in a team environment, must have a minimum 2 years administration experience, be proficient in microsoft office including word, excel, outlook and adobe, previous experience in the accounts package xero is desirable, to be successful, the applicant must be able to work monday – friday (hours negotiable) and must be an australian citizen or hold an australian residency status.
