Administration Officer Randstad location Adelaide. $37 - $43 p.h.

Randstad is currently partnering with multiple SA Government Departments to recruit Administration Officers to provide exceptional service. This will require a high level of administrative skills, good communication, and ability to work in a fast paced environment.
With growing departments we are looking for highly motivated individuals to work on a temporary contract with high potential to extend beyond. The Administration officer provides support services to enable the efficient operation of the wider team function.
Key duties for this role include but are not limited to high level administration support to the branch e.g., coordination and scheduling of stakeholder meetings. Confidential support services to the branch e.g by keeping appointment dairies, monitoring telephone calls, attending to enquiries and following up matters as required.
Update records and databases, complying with records management processes, to ensure information is accurate, stored correctly, and accessible. Collect and compile information to support the development of documentation and reports. Manage spreadsheets, entering data into relevant systems and ensure the confidential management of sensitive information. Responding to enquiries via phone and email.
The ideal candidate must hold a current National Police Clearance. Have availability Monday - Friday 37.5 hours a week. Be available for an immediate start. Provide a high level of customer service and comprehensive administrative support to internal and external stakeholders. The ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
Have high attention to detail. Advanced skills in word processing, Excel and Outlook applications. Experience working independently and in a team environment. Effectively work under pressure whilst working with a high volume of work and ensuring deadlines are met. Public sector experience is desirable however not essential.
