Administration Officer The Pharmacy Guild of Australia (NSW Branch) location Sydney, North West  and Hills District. The Pharmacy Guild of Australia is the national peak body representing community pharmacy. Role responsibilities this role is responsible for Receiving and Processing Cold Chain requests from pharmacies and providing administrative assistance to the Pharmacy Viability Team. Duties include cold chain maintain, enter and process data within the cold chain database, process and mail merge all cold chain reports, letters and certificates, respond to pharmacy telephone and email enquiries and questions, initiate invoices when required. Administration assist pharmacies with queries in relation to programs managed by the pharmacy viability team, processing of documents and data entry in relation to pharmacy viability schemes and programs, assist with reception responsibilities when required, role specifications, This role is part time 2 days (15.2 hours) to 3 days (22.8 hours) per week worked preferably in the Wednesday to Friday time period. The following are essential knowledge, skills, and/or abilities of the role administration and coordination roles including the use of office suite and database management, time management and organizational skills, good communication skills, both verbal and written, teamwork and attention to detail, problem solving and use of initiative.
