This position undertakes a range of reception and administration tasks, including working with practice management and medical record keeping systems; and supporting the headspace team to focus on delivering a quality service to young people and families/friends who attend the centre.

This role will be required 3 days per week (days to be discussed) with the ability to swap days as and when required. The centres opening hours are: Monday 9am - 5pm, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday 7.30am - 6pm, Friday 9am - 5pm. The successful candidate will be required to work within the centres hours.

About you to be suitable for this role you will possess the following skills and experience ability and willingness to work with young people in a Mental Health Environment. Demonstrated organisational skills and can work under pressure.

Capacity to provide reception and or administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team including the requirement to maintain privacy and confidentiality. Well-developed interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, including excellent customer service skills and the ability to engage and work with a range of internal and external stakeholders. High level of computer skills with proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office.
