Administration Officer LSC Psychology location Sydney, CBD, Inner West & Eastern Suburbs. LSC Psychology is a thriving psychology practice providing niche clinical and forensic services (assessments, consultancy, therapy and group-based treatments) located in Sydney CBD. We are seeking an Administration Officer for 3 days per week with an immediate start. The position works closely with the Directors, clinicians, Practice Manager, administrative staff and finance team. This role involves the provision of administrative assistance and support to the team. The primary duties include the oversight of contract work, which involves liaising with the Directors and psychologists, trouble-shooting, entering and updating data, invoicing and drafting monthly reports. The position also supports the management of the practice such as implementing policy changes, data and file management; management support and ad hoc reception duties. The role permanent part time (3 days per week), sydney cbd, $28-$33 per hour (including super). We are looking for excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy with numbers, a ‘can do’ attitude, ability to prioritise competing tasks, ability to work independently, an enthusiastic team member, excellent communication skills. This position involves working as an integral part of our contract teams of directors, clinicians, practice manager and accounts staff to help coordinate the work arising from contracts, data entry and management, invoicing, providing regular reports, setting up meetings, making travel arrangements and organising venues, ad hoc reception duties may be required, pa support when needed. Essential experience with excel, data entry and administration. Desirable experience with xero and experience in allied health reception/administration.
