About the role this is an exciting opportunity for a talented Administration Officer to work within the newly formed Business Transformation team. The Business Transformation Team includes Human Resources, Business Improvement, Learning & Development, Safety and Organisational Development. We have been given the mandate to be change leaders and transform Council.

This role is an exciting opportunity responsible for providing a range of administrative and support services, including diary management, records management, routine correspondence, and meeting and event coordination to support the effective operation of the Business Unit. No two weeks will be the same – we are always working on something exciting.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to collecting and compiling information and preparing documents and correspondence. Completing routine financial transactions and purchasing services, ensuring compliance with Council policies and procedures.

Responding to email and phone enquiries, communicating services and resolving, escalating or redirecting issues as required. Updating and maintaining records and databases to ensure that all information is accurately and correctly stored and accessible.

About you we are looking for someone who has minimum Secondary School Education / or similar experience. The ability to be a team player. The drive to make a difference. Great organisation skills.
