Administration Officer Alpha Laboratories (NZ) Ltd location Auckland.

Our Company Alpha Laboratories Ltd is a leading nutraceutical and food manufacturer in New Zealand. We are currently seeking for highly motivated and proactive professional personnel with necessary skills, knowledge and experience who can work independently to join our team.

Administration Officer experience and proven ability in the following meet and greet visitors, email correspondence and answering calls. Attend to daily mail (incoming & outgoing) including deliver mail to the post office. Deal with courier bookings and receive in parcels. Order consumables for the office.

General reception and administration duties, organizing meetings, preparing agendas, set up catering for meetings as and when required. Provide support for special events and occasions. Provide support to Administration and other teams when required. Distribute and file correspondence and documents. Eye to details and ability to prioritize and manage workload in busy environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fast and accurate documentation skills and good computer literacy skills. Health and Safety knowledge or experience will be an advantage.
