Administration Officer SB Recruitment Pty Ltd location Sydney. Salary $30 per hour + Super.

The company our client is a large and well recognized organization and are well known across NSW. This Government department prides itself on hiring hard working and passionate candidates that want to help improve our state’s growth and development. They are currently seeking to employ a hardworking and resilient Administration Officer on a contract basis till the end of June 2021 based in their Ashfield office.

The job during this Administration Officer assignment within their business unit you will be responsible for the following duties provide a range of administrative and support services to meet the business needs of the team/unit. Manage a central mailbox and triage emails for action. Respond to and resolve complex enquiries and issues to ensure the provision of accurate information, and the timely and effective resolution of issues.

Manage the daily mail room operations including the receipting and sorting of daily mail, digital imaging of mail and the coordination of daily and adhoc couriers. Respond to maintenance issues including the inspection of issues, reporting issues to relevant contacts for resolution. Engage and coordinate contractors in order to resolve maintenance issues. Manage online fleet booking system, including the allocations of vehicles and the physical issuing of vehicle folders to staff.

You to be successful in this role, you must have experience in the following areas at least 12months experience in a similar Customer Service/Administration role. Previous government experience will be highly considered. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail is needed.
