We are seeking applications from a highly capable and motivated staff member to support the Head of Learning Enhancement and Support (LES) and to work alongside members of the LES faculty and teaching staff to support the educational wellbeing of students and operations of the College.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified personnel for the following Permanent Full-Time, Term-Time position commencing as soon as possible administration Officer - Learning Enhancement and Support. Tertiary qualifications at Certificate level or equivalent qualifications relevant to the position or such knowledge, qualifications and experience that are deemed by the employer as necessary to successfully carry out the duties of the position are required.

Selection criteria demonstrated commitment to support the ethos, mission and values of a contemporary Catholic school in the Franciscan tradition. Appropriate qualification and expertise, (preferably including a Certificate IV in Educational Support or equivalent qualifications) and knowledge and experience relevant to, and necessary for the position.

Demonstrated ability to work under the direction of academic staff and use a variety of high-impact strategies and data-informed practice to impact student outcomes. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with students and colleagues and a demonstrated ability to work as part of an agile and collaborative team. Commitment to the broader life of the College, including co-curricular and extra-curricular offerings and events beyond the classroom.
