Administration Officer Mission Australia location Sydney.

$69K plus super with salary packaging benefit. Max term 2 year | Full Time – with possible extension. Located in Miller NSW 2168. Make a meaningful difference to the lives of Australians in need.

Your opportunity you will be a point of contact for these clients and assist them with the paper work and supporting information they need to get their funds approved.  This role gives you an ability to use your admin skills whilst still having interaction with our clients and helping them with their urgent needs.

Your key responsibilities will be to first point of contact with clients, external support services, answering phones and emails. Create client files on internal system (training provided). Assist clients by referring them to appropriate internal and external services including professional, educational and personal services.

Prepare documentation as required including correspondence, spreadsheets. Coordinate client intake and assist in determining client eligibility. Communicating with referring agencies in regards to referrals, information and enquiries. Complete intake with potential new clients. Complete assessment for Emergency Relief (training provided).

Requirements for success strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 2000 particularly Word, Excel & PowerPoint. Ideally experience with accounts processing. Prior proven experience in an administration role. Superior organisational and time management skills. Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks.
