About the role we are seeking applicants for the current vacant positions and possible vacancies in future. The Administration Support Officer 3 role is a front line customer service officer greeting patients on arrival to any of the non-admitted patient services. The ASO is also responsible for taking appointments/referrals, preparing clinical files, entering data for the non-admitted patient services and enter Medicare arrangements for payment. What you bring excellent customer service skills face to face, phone or email. Strong work ethic and commitment. Demonstrated ability to work cohesively in a team and display the Calvary values of healing, hospitality, stewardship and respect, Attention to detail, High standards of privacy and confidentiality.
