Administration Officer New Zealand Police location Canterbury.
About the role the Integrated Safety Response team part of a government multiagency response to Family Violence. You will be part of a small team whose role is to support multi-agency collaboration and working. As an Administration Officer your role will support the Integrated Safety Response team to run effectively with ensuring administration of applications for funding, assisting reception and general administration duties such as printing documents and making up packs.
Key Accountabilities Administration of Flexi-Fund Applications Assisting with Reception, Typing of meeting minutes, Printing documents. Making up information packs. Booking flights and accommodation. Booking venues and ordering catering. Maintain records and database for core team documents.
