Administration Officer Moreton Bay Regional Council location Brisbane.
The details permanent Full Time. $67,546 pa + super (up to 12%) + leave loading. Qld Local Government Industry Award (Stream A) - Level 2 of the MBRC EBA4 Certified Agreement, 9 day fortnight. 72.5 hour fortnight, Location Petrie.
About our opportunity our Waste Services department are instrumental in making the Moreton Bay Regional Council area known for our amazing places and natural spaces. The team manage the rubbish and recycling collection, waste and recycling management facilities, and support and educate our residents to reduce waste across the beautiful. As the Administration Officer, you'll be supporting the team by managing correspondence and customer requests, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, presentations and other business documents and assisting with the budgeting, reporting and procurement activities.
You'll also be reviewing and updating templates, customer service reference information, helping to improving efficiency and service enhancement and contributing to our positive, customer focused team environment. The Waste Services team are currently located at Petrie and will be relocated to a new, purpose built facility later in the year.
About you bring your admin experience, time management skills, MS Office skills and great communication and customer service skills to the team. This is a great opportunity for an all-rounder role who likes working on a range of different tasks and be the go-to person in the room.
