About the role reporting to the Head of Home Care Workforce Program (HCWP), the Administration Officer is focused on supporting the program objectives of attracting, training and retaining a large additional workforce of home care workers to support the growing demand for customer access to home care.

The Administration Officer works closely with the Business Relationship Leads and takes responsibility for administration duties related to brokering student placements, brokering employment opportunities with home care providers and sustaining placements.

Responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service to home care providers and internal colleagues as the first point of contact for the Business Relationship team. Providing administration and logistical support to the Business Relationship Leads as required to promote and run homecare workforce support program forums this includes attending the forums and coordinating follow up activities as required.

In conjunction with Business Relationship Leads, assist to promote HCWP and help to network with businesses, business groups and the broader sector and community. Assist with research and data collection to inform Business Relationship Leads work to support HCPs in recruitment and retention of a diverse workforce. Developing and maintaining data and CRM records and reporting as required.

Essential criteria tertiary qualification in Business Administration desirable. Proven administrative, organisational, budgetary, reporting and planning skills. Analytical interpretation and problem-solving abilities. Adept written and verbal communication. Previous experience working in a sales administration role.
