About us Holmesglen Private Hospital is a world class facility located in the South Eastern region of Melbourne. Close to public transport and with affordable onsite parking. Holmesglen Private is a state of the art 147 bed hospital, comprising of a 24/7 Emergency Department, 6 bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 9 bed specialised Coronary Care Unit (CCU), 12 bay Day Infusion Unit and 5 specialised inpatient units. - including Oncology, Urology, ENT, Orthopaedics, Plastic Surgery, Interventional Cardiology and Rehabilitation Services

As an administration officer your responsibilities will include daily and monthly reports. Patient Billing and Receipting/Medicare rebate. Maintain accurate records. Coordinate with Doctors and staff from ED and other departments. Patient admission and discharges. Manage a busy reception desk. Coordinate with staff from other departments. Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry.

Essential criteria authority to Work in Australia. Medical administration or medical reception experience is desirable. Experience with Medical Software i.e. WebPAS. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Strong attention to detail. Experience in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
