Your opportunity this role will support clients and other staff by undertaking a range of administrative tasks vital to the efficient running of the services.

Your key responsibilities will be to assist the concierge area by responding to queries, phone call and overseeing the function. Work collaboratively with MA housing team, support team and other contractors. Assist Program Coordinator with volunteer WHS induction and training. Complete a range of required administration tasks including coordination of incoming and outgoing mail and distribution, invoicing, stock take and purchasing.

Prepare documents as required including correspondence, spreadsheets, memos and minutes. Assist in collating and preparation of data and reports relating to financial activities. Undertake quality program activities and administrative management of fleet vehicles and submit incident reports as identified.

Requirements for success previous experience in administrative role high level of customer service skills with the ability to adapt communication to customer needs, solution focused and resilient. Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent interpersonal skills, time management & organisational skills with the ability to organise and prioritise work. Current Driver’s license. Senior first aid certificate or willingness to gain. Evidence of COVID19 vaccination. Before starting work with us, you will need to undertake a national police history check, qualifications and referee checks, and have a clearance to work with children/vulnerable people.
