Administration Officer Western Sydney Local Health District location Sydney. $31.53 - $32.57.
Where you'll be working Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing the incumbent of this position provides a high level of administration, communication and professional frontline support to Blacktown and Mount Druitt Emergency Departments. This role reports directly to the Emergency Department Clerical Manager, BMDH. Selection criteria extensive experience in an administrative role, with demonstrated experience in exceptional customer service skills the ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Demonstrated superior verbal, written, negotiation and interpersonal communication skills and effective communication with all levels of a large organisation. Demonstrated organisational skills with proven ability in accuracy, initiative and flexibility.
Demonstrated knowledge and competency in the use of IT applications including Microsoft Office and data information skills. Ability to work autonomously and actively participate within a multidisciplinary team. Ability to multitask and handle unexpected matters when they arise in a professional & courteous manner. Ability to work a 24/7 rotating roster.
